Who we are
Property Flight was set up in response to a growing need for effective property and estate management services. Having a team which has worked in both the private and public housing sector for over 20 years, we have extensive experience in tenancy, estate and environmental management.
Key skills developed over this time means that we can deliver a service which can fully manage your properties - from build completion through to when a customer is ready to move in.
This includes weekly/fortnightly inspections, sparkle cleans, full home demonstrations, and final customer handovers.
We have completed over 10,000 customer move-ins so we know a thing or two about how to do it properly.
Our core aim is to ensure that every home we manage is regularly inspected (and any issues promptly resolved), that the property is safe, clean and ready for a customer to move straight in. No fuss, no hassle…a ready to move-in home which delivers an exceptional customer experience and drives high levels of customer satisfaction.
We provide landlords and assets managers with assurances that their properties are compliant with insurance requirements and well managed while they are vacant.
Where we work
We are a new and agile team. We want to conquer the World but for now we’re starting with Greater London. We want to ensure that we build our structure properly before we grow into other others, so any schemes or properties in or around the map below we can cover.
