As part of getting the property ready for a new customer to move in, we offer sparkle cleans after practical completion. Most our clients request a sparkle clean where the property has remained empty for several weeks.
You’d be surprised how much impact a slightly grubby property can have on customer satisfaction – no one wants to move into a new home with a dusty windowsill or the odd cobweb in the corner of the room.
Through our property management service, we work with you to align our cleaning service to customer readiness, so it’s looking fresh and tidy for the big day.
Communals
We also offer ad-hoc communal cleaning if your scheme requires it. Often these spaces are managed by a facilities team but sometimes there is a gap before these services are put in place. We’re happy to help and discuss any specific requirements as part of scheme mobilisation.
