Home demonstrations

We complete full home demonstrations aligned to the properties design and specification. We go through all the major aspects of the home such as the heating and ventilation system, location of key services such as the stop tap and connectivity, and what to expect when living in a new home (settlement).

We review Home User Guides and technical specifications to ensure the home demonstration is specific and relevant. Through our extensive experience in the residential sector, we have onboarded property types across the top 10 house builders in the country and that means we have knowledge of over 90% of typical specification of new homes.

In addition, we provide useful tips to minimise future issues for the customer. This helps reduce direct queries, complaints and areas of customer dissatisfaction to the landlord. This isn’t about opening the door and letting the customer explore the rooms – this is about giving a comprehensive overview to provide reassurances that they’ve got this from day one.

Key Handover

The most important day for the customer, the day they get their keys. As part of our property management service, we meet the customer at the property with their keys and ensure everything is as expected in their home. It’s an exciting day and we are there for the customer.

We are not a delivery service; it is much more than that. We care about our customers and our experienced and trained team will do a final check of the property before the customer arrives, and answer any specific questions they have about their new home.

Post Check-in

To enhance your customer experience further, we can visit customers shortly after moving in to check how they are doing and to ensure they are settling in well. We reconfirm essential information to minimise future queries, and we provide you with a report on property condition and any general issues seen on the day.
